14-Day Return Period
You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return on any item purchased from HOMETKO. We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations, and we strive to make the returns process as simple as possible.
Return Policy
To return an item, please adhere to the following conditions:
Item Condition
New and Unused: Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of wear, damage, odors, scratches, stains, drilling or modifications. We cannot accept items that have been used or have signs of wear.
Assembly: If your product requires assembly, it must be returned unassembled. Make sure all parts and components are included.
Packaging
Original Packaging: Returns must include all original packaging, product inserts, components and accessories. This is to ensure the product is resaleable.
Non-Refundable Fees: Route protection, additional shipping fees are non-refundable.
Note: HOMETKO reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a restocking fee for items that do not meet the above conditions.
Inspection and Refunds
Inspection: All returned items will be inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our warehouse. We carefully evaluate each item to ensure it meets our return policy.
Refund Processing: If returned items are in new condition, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refund Timing: Refunds will be reflected on your credit statement within 10 business days depending on your card issuer's policy.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and initiating a return for the item you wish to exchange.
Returns and Fees
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and fees. These costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Incorrect or Damaged Items.
Reporting Problems: Please report any problems with your product within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a prompt resolution.
Proof of Damage: For damaged or incorrect items, we require 2-3 photos of the damage and packaging. In some cases, a short video may be requested to help us assess the issue.
A Note on Color and Variations
Please be aware that due to differences in monitors, colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen. In addition, natural materials may have variations in color, texture, and grain, which are considered normal and do not constitute a defect.
Measurement Note
To avoid sizing issues, please make sure your measurements are correct before placing your order. Product sizes are listed on each product page. Orders cancelled or refused due to sizing issues may incur restocking fees.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact hometko@hotmail.com. You must obtain a return authorization in order for your return to be accepted. Failure to do so may result in delays or refusal of your return.
Expected Processing Times
Inspection: Once we receive your return package, we will inspect the item within 72 hours.
Returns: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to appear on your credit report.
